Govern agent actions across business systemsApprove critical actions and keep execution traceable
FinGuard acts as an action gateway between agents and enterprise systems. Before a change reaches CRM, ERP, ticketing systems or internal APIs, it checks permissions, approvals and duplicate requests, manages credentials centrally, and retains verifiable execution records.

From a request to a business change Govern agent actions across business systems
01
Prevent duplicate writes
Recognize the same business request and return its existing result without another write.
02
Centralized credential custody
Keep real credentials in the gateway and use them only after an action is authorized.
03
Approve high-risk actions
Preview the action, check its risk and obtain human approval before execution.
04
Limit retries, break the failure cycle
Cap retries and suspend calls when the target system remains unavailable.
05
Tamper-evident audit records
Record every allowed and denied action, with hash-chain verification of record integrity.
Manage credentials, approvals, retries and audits in one gateway.
Keep credentials in the gateway and people in control
Agents submit requests using a gateway identity. Once approved, FinGuard retrieves the business credentials and executes the action.
Centralized credentials
Integrate with enterprise vaults to manage credentials and rotation centrally.
Independent human approval
Preview high-risk actions before approval. Agents cannot approve their own requests.
Execute exactly what was approved
Verify business objects and parameters. Block changes by default if the required service is unavailable.
Deduplicate writes and cap retries
Verify whether an action has completed before retrying. Suspend calls according to policy if the target system continues to fail.
Idempotency ledger
Return the saved response for the same idempotency key without another write.
Verify before retrying
Check the actual result in the business system before deciding to retry.
Retry budgets and circuit breaking
Set a retry budget and stop subsequent calls during persistent failures.
Trace actions and verify audit integrity
Link requests, authorizations, approvals and results to review every allowed action, rejection and exception.
Linked action history
Review the initiator, approvals and execution result for a single business action.
Integrity verification
Use a hash chain to verify record completeness and detect later changes.
Exception tracing
Retain timeout, retry and blocked-action records for troubleshooting and auditing.

FinGuard FAQ
How does FinGuard differ from prompt filtering and tool access controls?
Prompt filtering checks inputs and outputs; tool permissions control access to tools. FinGuard additionally checks each business action's target, parameters, approval and execution status.
Are business credentials exposed to agents or models?
No. Agents hold only a gateway-scoped identity. FinGuard stores or retrieves real credentials from the enterprise vault and uses them only after authorization.
Do existing agents need code changes?
No agent code changes are required. Configure endpoints, authentication and tool connections, then set action permissions and approval rules for your enterprise.
How do FinGuard and FinSAFE work together?
FinGuard governs business actions; FinSAFE constrains the processes executing them. They deploy independently. Together, credential custody and network allowlists prevent agents from bypassing the gateway to reach business systems directly.
