FDE Forward Deployment Engineer
Deploy, integrate and maintain company products in customer environments. Work on the technical front line to understand customer needs, help the development team improve products, and keep customer systems running efficiently and reliably.

Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, test and deliver products in customer environments, including acceptance handover
- Discuss technical requirements with customers and help develop deployment plans and implementation schedules
- Troubleshoot on-site issues, report findings promptly and coordinate resolution with the development team
- Write deployment documentation, operations manuals and related technical materials
- Improve product deployability, delivery efficiency and automation
- Monitor customer system operations and provide ongoing technical support and optimization advice
Requirements
- At least 3 years of system deployment or operations experience; familiar with Linux administration and network configuration
- Proficiency in Shell/Python automation, with basic containerization skills using Docker and Kubernetes
- Strong troubleshooting and fault analysis skills, with the ability to resolve on-site issues independently
- Strong customer communication skills and the ability to relay technical issues accurately to the development team
- Willingness to travel on short assignments; on-site delivery or POC project experience is preferred
- Familiarity with basic operations on major cloud platforms such as Alibaba Cloud, Tencent Cloud and AWS
